Komi-san wa Komyushou Desu Wiki

I'm Ren 3! is the twenty-fifth chapter of Tomohito Oda's Komi Can't Communicate.

Summary[]

At 10:48 in the morning, Tadano awakens tied to a chair with duct tape on his face, in a darkened unknown room. He tries to escape but to no avail, he admires the tying abilities of his captor/s. He notices pictures of Komi strewn all across the room and deduces that this is Yamai's room.

13:46 in the afternoon at school, Najimi asks Yamai if them and Komi can go to her house (possibly because they were suspicious of Yamai). Yamai briefly considers what to do with Tadano, but the idea of Komi's scent lingering on her bed is too enticing; she agrees for them to come over.

16:36 at Yamai's, Tadano, defeated and bored, starts to feel hungry. He can hear Yamai's voice saying that she needs to tidy her room, before ominously entering. Tadano, fearing for his life, is surprised when Yamai walks past him to remove the pictures of Komi from the walls. Yamai quietly threatens to bury Tadano in the mountains if he makes any noise, to his horror, leaving him in the cupboard.

Komi and Najimi enter the room, Tadano, recognising Najimi's voice, bangs on the cupboard continuously. Yamai quietly threatens Tadano again, before leaving the room to make "tea". She warns Najimi and Komi not to open the cupboard. Najimi immediately disobeys and opens it, revealing a trapped and scared Tadano.

Yamai re-enters behind them, wielding a large knife. She explains that she captured Tadano for Komi's sake, and how someone as average, uninteresting, dull and boring as him shouldn't get close to someone as beautiful, nice and wonderful as Komi. Yamai says the Komi would be better off with more popular friends, like her, one of the cutest and well liked people in the class. Komi only silently shakes her head, much to Yamai's shock and confusion.

After freeing Tadano, Komi writes that she is sorry for intruding, and prepares to leave with Tadano and Najimi. Yamai quickly runs to the door, knife in hand, pleading with Komi to stay. Komi writes with her notepad on the floor that she will choose her own friends as she leaves. Yamai, distraught, falls to the ground crying, as Najimi, who was seemingly too scared to follow Komi out, silently watches Yamai in terror.
