Chiarai has short and fluffy hair held in at the right by 3 hairpins and is most often seen wearing the Itan school uniform.
History[]
Chiarai is friends with Sonoda and Shinobino. The three are most prominently seen in Volume 6 Chapters 75 and 77 where the three discuss which of the girls in class (and Najimi) would be the best to date. They would later found the Delusion Club[2].

- His surname is a pun on チャラい (charai), meaning "(acting) frivolous; flippant" or "flashy (clothes); showy".
